We're coming at you with a Roth Tevet original recipe. We've been snacking on these Spicy Old Bay Pumpkin Seeds all week and they definitely win the happy palate award. Let's get started!
Spicy Old Bay Glazed Pumpkin Seeds
Pumpkin seeds from 1-2 med/large pumpkins
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp Old Bay spice blend
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt and Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 300F.
You know what to do! Open up those pumpkins, scoop out those seeds, and clean off all those pumpkin guts.
When the seeds have dried, toss in a bowl with olive oil, sugar, Old Bay, cayenne, and salt and pepper.
Spread the seeds evenly and flat along a single layer baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes or until the seeds turn golden brown, stirring occasionally.
Remove from oven and let cool. Enjoy handful and handful and handful...
